License Plate

Okay so we were driving to McDonald's and there was this car in front of us. The license plate said: Fish I I. At first I didn't get it. Then I realized it said Fish Eyes. The cars tail lights were separated and shaped like fish eyes. Then my dad started driving and that car was going really slow so my dad said, "I've seen actual fish swim faster than you!"
